Stephen joined Joe at Marina in 2002, as the head of ultrasound. Ultrasound has been one of the drivers of Marina's success. Together with Joe, they have developed Marina into the Company that it is today.

He is still (like all the directors and management) an active sonographer at Marina's sites, so that he can experience, first hand, what happens in the business on a day-to-day basis.
